7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your HeartLink purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your HeartLink arrives damaged or doesn't work as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Replace the defective product at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund including any delivery fees paid
Please include photos of any damage when contacting us โ this helps us process your claim quickly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been activated and paired (unless defective)
- Products with physical damage caused by misuse
- Products returned after 7 days without prior arrangement
How to Request a Refund
Contact Us

Get Approval
We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours with approval and return instructions.
Return the Product
Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. For defective products, we'll arrange collection at no cost to you.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we're happy to accommodate. Simply let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange to send a replacement once we receive your return.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
Consumer Protection Act
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Your rights as a consumer under South African law are not affected by this policy.
